Employment Practices claims constitute the highest risk for a lawsuit facing today’s companies. E.L.M. works with companies in all industries, and can assist our retail agents in obtaining Employment Practices liability coverage from both the Admitted and Non-Admitted markets. Several of our markets can offer defense outside the limits, third-party liability coverage, or even defense only policies.
