For the past 30 years, Mr. Fisher has actively been
involved in underwriting, adjustment, investigation, and resolution of
Professional Liability Claims. He is currently the CEO of E.L.M. Insurance
Brokers. |

Mr. Fisher has lectured extensively on professional
liability loss control, and authored over 60 articles in trade journals and
periodicals. He is the author of BROKER BEWARE, Selling Real Estate within the
Law. This book provides a loss control program for Realtors. He is the
designer of a program to conduct on site pre-underwriting risk management
assessments of clients' professional liability exposures on behalf of Insurance
Producers, Real Estate Professionals and Lawyers. He has been active in the
Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) since 1993. In 1997, he was
elected President. He has been the Senior Technical Advisor for The
Professional Liability Manual, published by the International Risk Management
Institute since 1989. This manual is required reading by candidates for the
RPLU professional designation sponsored by PLUS. He testifies regularly as an
expert witness in cases dealing with the duties and obligations of
professionals as well as on coverage and claims-made issues. |

13 years since retiring from the U.S. Navy. At AIG, Gregg worked in Specialty
Lines as an Underwriter focusing on Directors & Officers, EPLI, Fidelity,
Fiduciary and Kidnap Ransom coverage. Prior to joining E.L.M. in 2004, Gregg
worked in Specialty Lines at Philadelphia Insurance as an Underwriter, focusing
on Errors & Omissions, Directors & Officers, EPLI, Fiduciary and Kidnap
Ransom coverage. |
